Tuesday, 12/10, 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM In partnership with the Shops at Yale, United Way of Greater New Haven is hosting a toy drive for infants and toddlers ages 0-3 enrolled in our Early Head Start (EHS) program. After all donations are collected, we will need help sorting, inventorying, and preparing donations before we deliver them to childcare providers! Winter School Break Groceries Distribution (6)
Friday 12/20, 9 AM - 11:30 AM or 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM Sign up to pack grocery bags that will be distributed at four New Haven sites! Please note that packing will occur outside at Central Kitchen in New Haven. Volunteer roles: Baggers: Bag different food items Stockers: Replenish food items during the packing shift (boxes and other items may weigh up to 25 pounds) Truck loaders: Take packed bags and load them onto the trucks that will transport the food to one of four sites Volunteers will be asked to do the
